Liberty Coca-Cola Delivery (“LCCD”) Product Return Policy
Dear Valued Customer,
Due to product quality related reasons, LCCD is not responsible for the pick-up of any damaged or expired product. Additionally, LCCD will not provide compensation for any damaged or expired product after the product has been received by the customer.
We will only accept product returns for credit against the current order if it is agreed AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY that the product on that order is damaged, non-saleable or has an expired date code.
Otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted the product.
Here are some guidelines to assist you in ordering your product, and preventing product loss:
- Products should be stored in a cool environment away from sunlight or heat generated sources;
- Upon receipt of delivery, review order to ensure all product on invoice is accounted for and received in good condition with a minimum of 28 days date code
